The rooms are very clean. The super clean bathrooms have FANTASTIC water pressure. The breakfast buffet offers variety and delicious food!!!

The pool hours are not guest-friendly.

the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. the shower was nice. i also enjoyed the hiking trail through the forest just behind the hotel.

the staff weren't the greatest. some were great but others were a bit rude. there were lots of bizarre rules. the restaurant was a bit of a let down.

clean rooms spacious rooms comfort enhancement poor management impersonal service inconvenient request

The rooms were very clean. The rooms were also spacious and featured several enhancements for comfort. The blackout blinds were a GREAT addition. Showers provided a relaxing experience.

The hotel seemed to lack a good manager. This meant there was no personal element. There was just the BARE minimum. Asking for an extra bottle of water felt inconvenient to the staff. My request for a towel at the gym seemed to affront the spa manager.
